eCitex.com offers Customers Website design & development services, domain name registration, website hosting, and email hosting services for the duration of the service term purchased from eCitex.com.
Services are provided on the basis of facility and equipment availability. eCitex.com reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
Access to the website and email servers is terminated upon expiry of the Service.

eCitex.com offers to Customers Website design & development services. 4. Domain & Web Hosting
We are using third party companies' services to book domain and web hosting for customers. ecitex.com processes registration and renewal services through these respective registrars at its discretion. A customer needs to make payment as per current renewal charges processed by registrars. We are not responsible if your website or web hosting stop working for some hours because of some upgrade or migration work from their registrars.
5. Privacy
The ecitex.com Privacy Policy sets out our obligations with respect to the safeguarding, collection and use of customers' personal information. The Website.com Privacy Policy is subject to modification from time to time, and such changes are effective upon posting of the modified policy to this URL: https://www.ecitex/terms-and-conditions/. Subscriber information will not be disclosed or sold to any third parties.

Ecitex.com has all copyrights reserved for own website. We are not liable for any copyrights reserved for customers' website images and content which are provided by customers. We are only liable for only license purchased images and content by ecitex.com.
7. Cancellation and refund policy
While there is no option to cancel the website project as we start work immediately upon confirmation of project. If at all you are not satisfied with any aspect, complete assistance would be given to you regarding the same. Also there is no money back or refund once website project is confirmed by customer.

8. Payment Policy:
Make your payment via Direct Bank Transfer or NEFT. Please use your domain name as the payment reference if you are making payment via Direct Bank Transfer. Your order won't be processed until the funds have cleared in our account.

By submitting data to us or our agent or using the Site, you consent to our use of your data in the manner set out in this Policy.
